Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are allowed for never worn items. If Items appear to be worn, customer may exchange item for another item in store.

Q: How many days until I receive my refund? 
A: Your refund will be generated once the item is received, and will be deposited into your account within 3-5 business days. 

Q: What items are returnable?
A: Items need to be unworn and undamaged. In their original packaging with tags still attached and delivered to you within the last 30 days. 

Q: What items are non-refundable?
A: Any item marked as final sale. Our policy lasts 30 days.
